The gift shop
A small shop inside Fankeenna that sells locally made art, cultural souvenirs, handicrafts and Fankeenna merchandise. Original paintings, drawings and prints; woven baskets (dambiilo), incense holders (dabqaad), wooden carvings, textiles and beadwork; jewellery, keychains and postcards; and books on Somali art, folklore and history.
Every item is made in Somaliland. We sell on consignment: the maker gets most of the price, and the rest supports the space.
